The conference started in 2016 after Allan had the dream, and vision to do an annual conference to let the hopeless, the hurting, and suffering despite their great circumstances that there is always a purpose for living, and Persevering. Allan was the youngest diagnosed with a rare incurable spinal cord disease called arachnoiditis 16 years ago at age 20. Despite great pain, and being in a wheelchair he knew that through his great pain, and difficulties that God what’s to use Him to encourage others to move forward, and never give up
